2. Scope & Definitions

Business: Orthorin, the provider of goods and services through the website.

Distance contract: A contract concluded between Orthorin and the consumer via our website without the parties being physically present at the same time.

3. Conclusion of Contract & Orders

5. Delivery

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or a person nominated by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning them. We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving evidence that you have sent them). We may make a deduction for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Our products come with the warranties and consumer rights provided under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of business.
